[11:21] <Sakura_Hunter> [Medic] Please, no sudden movements, you'll take out those stitches and we can't have that happen. We want you well as soon as possible.

[11:22] <Sakura_Hunter> [Medic] Well, if you're a good boy, a few days, then you can walk around with just a bandage wrapped around you to keep your wound from being infected. You were lucky, just missed your vital organs.

[11:23] <Alita_Branford> <closes her eyes and causes a quick flash of Josh dying to flash through Nathan's mind>

[11:23] <Nathan_Carver> <suddenly shudders> I... didn't...

[11:23] <Sakura_Hunter> [Medic] Mr. Carver?

[11:24] <Nathan_Carver> No... nothing... <"You vengeful little.... you're still here?">

[11:26] <Sakura_Hunter> [Medic] <concerned look> Mr. Carver, please take it easy. Are you sure everything is ok?

[11:27] <Nathan_Carver> Yes, I'm fine. <He gives an irritated glance> Please, tell the staff that I'm awake, and can resume tactical coordination.

[11:27] <Sakura_Hunter> [Medic] Yes sir, as you wish. <looks at tray with his uneaten breakfast> on the condition that you eat your breakfast ok?

[11:27] <Alita_Branford> <another flash of Nathan killing Josh goes through Nathan's mind, although slightly elaborated. In this version Josh is floating out in space after his suit is destroyed, and Nathan just blasts him away>

[11:28] <Sakura_Hunter> [Medic] You may be my superior, but it's not insubordination when i tell you what's good for you. <smiles and leaves the room>

[11:28] <Nathan_Carver> <sighs> Fine I'll... <stops, shakes his head. "Stop it!">

[11:29] <Alita_Branford> <laughs, then stops when she notices some people looking at her>

[11:33] <Nathan_Carver> <"Alita... stop it. Please...">

[11:33] <Sakura_Hunter> [Medic] <looks concerned but doesn't want to disturb nathan unnecessarily so she decides to walk out>

[11:34] <Nathan_Carver> <"Don't you dare make me fight back...">

[11:35] <Alita_Branford> <"Can you fight back in your frail condition? I highly doubt it.">

[11:35] <Nathan_Carver> <"I can try. But then, why push for another bullet?">

[11:36] <Nathan_Carver> <"This is how it is, isn't it, Alita? You'll keep on hounding me until one of us is dead.">

And please send a guard down here to watch Mr. Carver's room. I'm a bit nervous about something. Eneasy feeling that the person responsible is here on this ship.

[11:42] <Alita_Branford> <moves from her spot on the observation lounge, she's been standing in the same spot too long>

[11:42] <Nathan_Carver> <"You're pathetic. I can't believe that I ever saw a human being there... you're no different then you were when you were younger.">

[11:43] <Alita_Branford> <"You're finally starting to realize it...">

[11:44] <Alita_Branford> <just for fun, Alita decides to throw in an image of Valerie's death complete with psychic scream to Nathan>

[11:44] <Nathan_Carver> <"Alright, just keep it between you and me, stay away from..." <He shudders again> "... please, don't hurt anyone

[11:45] <Alita_Branford> <"Afraid this pawn will take your Queen?">

[11:46] <Nathan_Carver> <"Please....">

[11:47] <Alita_Branford> <"....I won't. For now. For now it shall only be you and me.">
