Sebastian in New York Jan 6/01 (Times are in EST)
|
[16:09] <Sean_Carver> [Sebastian] <Amid a florish of activity, an elaborate shuttle bearing members of Neo Vulcan Industrial's board of directors makes its landing in New York. Present for a sensitive conference (along with a little observation of the competition> these men and women are kept under an almost militant guard of security personel.>
[16:12] <Sean_Carver> [Sebastian] <The most awesome aspect of these personel, however, is the equipment that they bring. A pair of mobile suits land with the shuttle, both machines of an almost gothic style. A third, the carefully concealed Judecca, is kept in the shuttle's storage deck.>
[16:47] <Sean_Carver> <The cadre of administrators make there way across town, from the spaceport to a hotel. The building, with its large convention hall, is all but swarmed by Vulcan Industrial's security personnel. At the forefront, Sebastian stands in the lobby, arms folded, glaring at the scene.>
[16:49] <Sean_Carver> [Sebastian] Nonsense... <he glances back, as his employers shuffle along, in one large congregation of business suits, briefcases, and bleeping cell phones.> Utterly pointless...
[16:50] <Sean_Carver> <Meanwhile, back in the hanger lent to the company, the technicians take the covering off Judecca. Along it's left leg and arm there is minor armor damage, the traces of Grav Cannon fire having scored there.>
[16:55] <Sean_Carver> [Sebastian] <As the last executive files in, he waves to one of his cohorts to watch the door. In the meantime, he exits the hotel, tucking his coat around his uniform. For a split second, he replays the previous day's skirmish with Tiamat.> One... hmph. I'm fighting children nowadays.
[17:06] <Sean_Carver> [Sebastian] <Standing outside, he allows the cool air to drift over him. Taking the outside post was a matter of personal choice. Watching over board meetings has never appealed to him, and the open air keeps his senses sharp.>
[17:07] <Sean_Carver> [Sebastian] <It also gives him a great deal of time to converse with a passerby. After a quick exchange, the other man moves on, a little irritated by his findings.>
